What Does Colocation Include?
Colocation Services
We will rack and stack your equipment, cable your equipment, perform reboots, and up to three OS reloads per month.
Troubleshooting & Response
15-minute ticket response time. We will investigate if a server is offline. For individual server issues, the client must open a ticket.
KVM Access
Clients must open a ticket for a 3-hour session (extensions can be requested).
Serial Console
Supported on request.
Physical Access / Delivery
Clients can mail, ship, drop off gear, and visit the site.
Visibility
Patmos Status page and network graphs.
Licensing
No software licensing (e.g. Plesk, cPanel, Microsoft) will be provided.
Backups/Firewalls
Not offered at this time.
Customer Credentials
We will not store passwords or keys for any colocation customer.
Storage
Spare part storage: depends on availability. We will label and store spare parts for a charge from $25 per item stored.
Shipping materials will not be stored. Packaging will be recycled or shipped back to the client at the client’s expense.
Return Shipping
If the client does not pick up their gear, they must pay for packing and shipping back. We will establish preferred shipping companies at each location.
